I called to get some help with the correct stereo and wiring products for my van. We have a rear entertainment system so I needed some help with all the products that it would take to make it all work right. I spoke to Trish and she was very patient and helpful. We walked through all of the features I would need and she sent me an email with the inbox of all the products that worked for our vehicle. I even messed up and double ordered the whole cart, but they called me within seconds to see if I messed up! Everything arrived very quickly and all of it fit and worked flawlessly! Great experience with Crutchfield!

I have purchased aftermarket radios for vehicles, over the ear earphones, and most recently ear buds. I have always done research on each product being purchased and then found the Crutchfield team to be spot on in their own reviews or able to offer an intelligent alternate review of whatever the product may be and why their reviews may differ. The few times I have needed technical support, it has been great as well. The last thing is their pricing always seems competitive. Their shipping has been great as well. No real lag times. Product gets to you within the time frame promised. Over all, a very good company to work with when purchasing electronics.

Crutchfield has been in business for a long time. I'm 64 fast approaching 65 and they've been the go to Electronics Store for the serious Home Entertainment customers. Knowledgeable Staff that actually know the product whether it be Flat Panel TV's, Home Theatre, Video players of every imaginable kind make or model. They'll guide you to the best brand, and model to fit your home entertainment needs to fit your price point so that your purchase is the best experience possible The photo I added is of the Samsung 8 4K series TV I purchased from crutchfield over 2 years ago. I recently purchased a 2018 8 Series OLED Samsung 65" TV and it's on a Truck Headed my way up in the Rocky Mountains Idaho Wyoming Border. Yes they're that good, I could have purchased the TV anywhere closer to where we live, the fact that I didn't, but purchased from crutchfield all the way across these United States. Verifying my claim that dealing with crutchfield's staff and customer relations is well worth the wait!

I don't write many reviews, I am making an exception with regard to my recent order from Crutchfield. I purchased speakers and a turntable to my system. I chose Crutchfield based on their established history and customer service, and I am glad I did.

One speaker was damaged in shipping, after a few minutes of disappointment I called Crutchfield customer service. The entire process from explaining what happened to sitting here now just 2 days later listening to my complete system could not have gone better.

I was extremely impressed with how well the return of the damaged item and replacement was handled, I will go to Crutchfield for my future audio needs.

Found what I wanted ordered it for my year car. I got everything I needed radio 4 speakers. Wire harness for speakers and radio to the car. No cutting of the wires was required with everything I got. Crutchfield sent me s lot of free stuff as well that made my install even easier. I am already planning on ordering another system for my wife's vehicle. I will be using this same website. One more thing before I go I needed to have a couple questions answered. So I got on chat and asked they were unable to help me because it was a technical question. They did give the tech my number and they called me a few minutes later. All in all one of the best sites I have ordered from in long time and customer service is top notch. At least it was in my case. Good luck to everyone else don't be afraid to order from this site if you need help just ask they are VERY HELPFUL!

I was honestly surprised with the knowledge of the techs you can simply just call to discuss your options with. The fact they can build your cart and explain the reasons as to what they are picking really makes the purchase much smoother. Also being able to get the number of the same person if you need to speak too then again is amazing since they will know your situation. I felt at ease knowing I had all main components and accessories to fully enjoy my new audio setup. Very fast shipping as well.
