We were delighted with the quality and beauty of the special glasses we ordered from Crown to give as a gift celebrating the retirement of a colleague after her decades of dedicated service. The glasses are perfect, particularly in regard to the key element of the engraved inscription. In these turbulent times it is a pleasure to see well-executed work done and delivered on time. We recommend Crown to all.

When ordering a medal they use the word "engraving" all over the page - but these medals aren't engraved! They print your message on a sticker, and you stick that to the back of the medal. The images on the page show what looks like a plate being slid onto the medal (that they call a "flexi-plate" because who doesn't know what that is?), but that's completely misleading too. It's just a regular old sticker. I even confirmed with customer service that I'm not the first person to read "engraving" and assume that meant the medals were actually engraved.

I gave them 2 stars because the customer service woman I spoke with was nice.

I ordered a single trophy from Crown Awards on a Monday and paid a little extra for it to arrive on Thursday for a trip I was leaving on the following Monday. The trophy arrived on time however it was broken when I took it out of the box. I called customer service Thursday night and explained the situation and that I needed the trophy for the trip I was leaving for on Monday morning. They said they would look into it and see if they could produce the trophy Friday and get it to me by Saturday (oh by the way, I was going to be at a different location than my original shipping address and they were more than happy to ship it there!). They called me Friday morning and confirmed they would be able to do this and confirmed the date. Lo and behold on Saturday afternoon I received my new trophy! This customer service just blew my mind that they would reproduce then overnight me my trophy. Truly an excellent experience and I will definitely be using them again!

I needed these awards done in a timely fashion. I saw this business on the internet so I decided to us them for this special occasion. I first spoke with someone on chat. I thought I had specified my order perfectly. I waited for over two weeks and nothing. So I called the first time. The person I spoke with assured me that the order would be done and sent out in a few days. Told me I would get a call from the artist. I waited, and waited, and waited and nothing. I called back and again, was told they were supposed to have contacted me with the artwork for my ok. I thought, well, must be hard with all that was going on, so I said I will email with a picture. You think they would get it right, right? Wrong, third call and was told they didn't have the order and could I please send them my artwork again. Another two calls and a month and a 1/2 later, I finally got the order. Wrong size. A $79.00 bill with a useless product. Very disappointed. I was able to find a shop in my local city and they got it right, the first time. I will be doing business with them again. As for these people, stay as far away as possible!. They don't care about customers as with the 5 calls it took and 3 emails and still got the order wrong. Really?

I needed 4 retirement awards at sort notice and found Crown Awards online. While I was looking around, the chat person came on and assisted me with picking out awards. Immediately she had a sales rep phone me to take my order. Within 30 minutes, I received an email from the engraving department with instructions on how to designate the desired engraving. 1 hour after finding the website, my order was complete. The product arrived in 6 days and the crystal awards are absolutely beautiful and the engraving all correct.

So many options! Ordering is fast, straightforward, and easy. Making changes or edits is not a problem. Shipping options are excellent and clear! I have used Crown Awards yearly for about 10 years now and have never been disappointed. They stand behind their products and their service. Even my mistakes have been dealt with efficiently and reasonably. I am always amazed at how quickly my personalized items arrive. I honestly can't imagine purchasing awards from anywhere else.
