Horrible customer service.

I ordered a pair of captains pins a month ago. Not only have I not received them, but I haven't received any kind of shipping confirmation. I have tried on three separate occasions to have dialogue with this company concerning my order and have received zero response. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company for anything. HORRID customer service.
