I was happy with the shipping time. Not so much of the quality of the product. After I placed my order, I contacted customer service to ask about format of the etching. They assured me that the names I had requested would be formatted to fit (make larger) the available space. The order site also made it seem that the image selected was larger as well but it was quite small compared to what was advertised.

You can order awards online. You can Customize the awards online. You can pay for them online. Then sit back. In less than a week they were on my front porch. Love Crown! So simple.
