I have been purchasing the engraved plates for a perpetual plaque for years. The cost of the plate and engraving never changed but the shipping costs have skyrocketed. My first year it was waived, the next year it went up slightly. It has continued to go up every year so the shipping costs nearly as much as the item.
The ordering process was easy, especially considering these were custom items. Very pleased with the overall experience.
