One of my crystals is broken - I threw it out because I cut my finger - and there were shards of crystal. I still have 29 left - so should be fine - but I have not checked them all yet...

These glasses were etched very well and came in quite quickly. I was impressed with the quality. My only thing I didn't like was the Stemless wine glass was VERY small, I ordered the 9oz which I thought would be larger, but it isn't.

They deliver what they promise every time. I am always very satisfied with their service. Why would you use any other company to order awards.

Overall, the experience is good. However, this is the second order that the topper of the trophy has been very crooked. The first order, we were not able to fix. This most recent order, I was able to fix it. I don't feel we should have to "fix" the order upon receipt.
