Credit karma still does not update information correctly, i have numerous time to correct something they put on my account. I HAVE never applied for something from COMMITY BANK GAME? Dont know who they are but its there! I did alll the leg work to correct this, even contacted commity bank game. They agreed its not me, sent them a copy of letter I requested, and they CREDIT KARMA still doesn't remove it! Also they ding your account with all the store credit cards from years ago that either closed, or you yourself requested years ago to not use. You can contact the credit bureaus yourself concerning this, but CREDIT KARMA never updates information correctly! THEY ONLY PUSH UNWANTED CARDS, INSURANCE COMPANYS ETC! Also your payments to your accounts are never correctly updated. They SELL YOUR INFORMATION! Even though they say no? Even car payments that were always on time, with extra payments never show. My loan almost paid in full they show like i just started. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME! I HAVE PAID 4 vehicles off before it was due. Be careful with there scores! ALSO THEY MUST HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH COMMITY BANK GAME! Because its showing up on alot of peoples accounts that never applied asked or know who they are.

Two months in a row, CK dropped my Equifax score. 1st... 121 2nd 54... For paying my balance dowN to ZERO. Called Equifax both times and, while they couldn't tell me my score... they assured me the numbers were inaccurate and not to worry about CK's reporting.

Supposedly Credit Karma says it will file your tax returns for free however they come up with some kind of error so you have to pay to file. I pay every year to file my taxes however, I like free so decided to try it. Do not fall for it this bogus "free tax return". They have teamed up with TurboTax which also states they will do a free refund. This also is a bunch of BS. I just want honest companies. I guess that's too much to ask for in this day and age.

I have been a member of credit Karma for around 2 years. Started with a horrible score 490 or something like that, I have now made every single payment on multiple accounts, been responsible with my CC's all of them paid off every month. I was just cresting a 700 when my credit dropped around 25 to 35 points, not once but twice, credit now is mid 600's, pretty tough to buy a house when my scores are all over the place so I can never trust that my timing is right.The fact that the information you use contradicts itself in the platform is all the proof, hundreds of on time payments with derogatory length of credit usage which has also changed multiple times over the years, how is that even possible? I have watched this religiously, daily. I busted my butt to get my credit to a decent place only to have your company and the 3 bureaus make a mockery of credit, take 40 points give back 7. Pay to play.

I have disputed cases and some was resolved but I keep getting these notifications that my score changed. Logged in and again false accounts I am be penalized with that I have no knowledge of. Every time I get my score up there seems to be some bs account that pops up from nowhere and lowers it again. Accounts that are not mine. Now I have to dispute and maybe get a answer and just be denied of what I'm doing or trying to do because score keeps dropping

Credit Karma has of late not allowed me to log in. I keep getting the Oops message and understand this is due to my use of VPN. I use VPN constantly to keep everything safe and am willing to pay for it. If Credit Karma, unlike my bank, credit card companies, savings accounts, retirement account, will not allow for my use of VPN, then I refuse to use it. I have turned to Credit Sesame instead. Credit Karma get with the times and don't use such an outdated tech that punishes VPN use.
