I was looking for alternative recovery guys to help me recover my stolen bitcoin other than blaming myself and feeling sad for being an investment scam victim. I have called customer service and was told their was nothing they could do about an address they have that is over 10 years old. Their remedy was that I photocopy a credit card, front and back and mail it to them. That is very insecure and something I am not comfortable with. The notification that you emailed me 2 months ago about checking my rating stated that there was a change in my rating. I checked it and found there had been no change. Were you lying or is this just poor marketing?

Credit Karma's tax filing unit was sold to Cash App. Cash App is a waste of time. I tried to download it by requesting a code and no code was ever sent. So, I'll be looking elsewhere for a site in which to do my taxes.

I have had my credit karma account locked since receiving my IRS refund check. I have emailed and called credit karma multiple times and I get no help. They say that the group that can help me is only available by email (how stupid is that) I have provided proof to them multiple times that this is my account and my payment. No help what so ever.
