The wife absolutely loved the watch! It was so much cheaper than anywhere else, up to 40% cheaper than some shops. I ordered the watch Friday night and I received it at work Monday morning so although I had left it late it still arrived for my wife's birthday.

Every thing went well from start to finish. Cost was lower than from other suppliers. Order could be tracked on DHL website and watch arrived within four days. It was well packaged with box and papers etc. All round an excellent shopping experience and one that I would recommend to friends and family. I will shop again with confidence.

I paid via paypal and I was a bit worry in the beginning because I did not receive immediately the order confirmation, but I received it in few ours by email. A full tracking of the delivery door to door keep you informed about all shipment steps. My watch was selected for a custom inspection in Italy, every document was in order and there was no issue at all. I received the watch in perfect condition with the guarantee and its box ordered together.
The watch come with nice packaging, I'm very satisfied with it.

Excellent, comme d'habitude. J'ai commandé plusieurs montres ces dernières années et ça s'est toujours très bien passé: prix sympas et montres originales. Cette fois, une montre Seiko commandée le 15 a été reçue le 17 (48h pour venir de Singapour, un record!) par transporteur DHL à la maison (sans frais de douanes...). Je recommande ce vendeur.

This Seiko is a must have everyday classic and i could not believe the price... unbelievable value here... so plunged in and bought. The service was first class. John Lewis type service. Kept informed all the way by e mail. Watch arrived promptly and on time as promised. Packaging was disapointing but fine, but not Seiko box, but watch 100%genuine and downloaded manual. The watch is stunning, heavy well made and very accurate. Perfect everyday quality. Will defo use again.

Excellent service. Very quick delivery, I ordered on Friday and received my watch on Monday in UK. I am happy with the quality of the watch, authentic and new. However, the watch box could have been better - the citizen box in which the watch was presented was defected. It is gift purchase and hence I would have liked better boxing.
