I received my watch yesterday am and I have to say I'm pleased!
I did quite some online shopping in the last weeks and this order was the swiftest of all! It was nice being able to follow the delivery as from the order, so this time I didn't miss out on the mailman's arrival. The price is really good for this nice watch that was packed impeccably. Only problem is the great choice on your website and my eagerness to buy another G-shock;-)

I've purchased two watches from Creation Watches; both times the watches were new, original, with current warranty cards, and packed extremely well. I received my last order (Seiko SRP779) on a Monday, here in Phoenix after I ordered it only a few days earlier.

I ordered the watch in Singapore and received it 4 days later in Belgium! And for free travelling! A very good point for me! The watch was exactly like the description, beautifully placed in its original case with the documentations and guaranties. 10/10! Everything is great! I hardly recommend creationwatches.com!

My experience with Creation Watches has been only very positive.
I ordered a watch which looked to be at a good discount. It arrived to the UK, from Singapore, in just 3 or 4 days! Amazing I thought. Unfortunately, the watch was not right for me, so I emailed CW and they came back very quickly, explaining how to obtain a returns number and how to return the watch.
I returned the watch - it takes longer from the UK to their Singapore office - but the communication was excellent at all times. I had chosen another watch from their online store and once they received my return, advised me that the replacement watch was on its way and would be with me on Tuesday. So it was a nice surprise to get an email from DHL, telling me the watch had arrived on Monday!
The new watch is absolutely fine and when I took it to my local jeweller to have the strap adjusted, I noticed that he stocks the same watch brand, but at higher prices.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Creation Watches to any one else. They demonstrated to me that they not only sell good watches, but they back that up with unusually good customer service.
I want to thank Creation watches for great information during the wait which was by the way only 5 days including holiday... Will definitely shop here again :)

The Creation site was mentioned in a video watch review so I looked it up and was immediately impressed by the range of watches on offer, the excellent presentation and detailed descriptions of each individual piece. The prices, also, were very attractive!

I ordered a Seiko Monster from Creation Watched from Australia on a Thursday & to my surprise the watch arrived the following Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with the watch. I have a few automatics in my collection including Omega & Tag Heuer but none are as accurate as this. It has gained 2 seconds in the 5 days I have been wearing it which is much better than my COSC Tag Heuer Grand Carrera and about a twentieth of the price. I highly recommend Creation Watches. I will shop here again.

I placed the order on Sunday, and the watch was delivered by DHL on Thursday morning, terrific service considering it was being shipped from Singapore to UK.

This was my first purchase from Creation Watches and I was very impressed with how it all went. The Watch was well packed and arrived very quickly taking less than 4 days from when I placed the order. The DHL Express service is excellent with very clear tracking information. The Watch itself is superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending Creation Watches.
