Extremely fast service, ordered and received the product in the blink of an eye (of the week-end). Decent packaging which did the job, and responsive customer services, what else is there to ask?

This is the best web store I find about watches. It was maybe my 10th watch that I bought from this site and it was another great experience as all the others. The shipping was super fast, 2 days from Singapore to Portugal. The watch that I bought (a Seiko Pressage) arrived in great condition and with all the papers and boxes. It is an amazing watch and they had the best price, so it was a no brainer situation. I strongly recommend this site to anyone, it is the best I ever made deal with. I will definitely keep buying from them

Service has also been excellent so far. The watch was ordered on Wednesday and was with me by the Monday (Finland). Everything works as advertised!

Bought 2 watches in the span of 4 days, watches were in perfect condition when they arrived. Extremely happy with the sturdy packaging - nice upgrade from about 3 years ago when the watch box shipped was not as sturdy as the current one! Essentially what you'll get is a sturdy cardboard box, filled to the brim with foam bullets so the watch documents and watch box don't get thrown around in transit. The watch box is unbranded but of good quality and presentable, so no worries if you're not planning on ordering the original box from them!

Very nice to see that the watches have the protective stickers on for the links and clasp and even has the seiko tag with the serial code on - but not sure if it's the specific seiko model I ordered that doesn't come with a protective sticker on the watch glass? But there were no scratches whatsoever and the watch was encased in a clear plastic bag with the cushion before it was placed in the watch box, which helped prevent scratches.

That said, all relevant documents were included with the operation manual + stamped seiko guarantee card, so that was great too. Fantastic price savings for an extremely nice watch that would retail significantly higher in brick and mortar stores (the uk seiko site reflected an RRP of £199.00, and I got mine at 155USD - converted from SGD - after relevant local taxes; and I got everything I would in a physical store too. You do the math! Will definitely be making additional purchases from Creation.

Had hiccups with local (Singapore) delivery due to the delivery company - shot an email over to creation and got a reply in minutes (which sounds ridiculous I know but true). Customer service is great and they followed up promptly. Slight room for improvement as with everything (more straightforward answers appreciated), but overall a very pleasant experience, and 2 very awesome watches.

Doing business with Creation Watches was an absolute pleasure. This was my first order with them and the watch was just as described and beat my expectations. In terms of service, it was hard to believe how was Creation Watches dispatched and delivered my order. I placed my order Friday night CET (which technically was already Saturday in Singapore) and held the courier delivered package in my hand Monday morning already by 10am!

I ordered Orient dress watch from this site with a really good discount. The surprising thing was the super fast delivery to my country. Of course the watch itself was of really good quality, and well presented in original box. I recommend Creationwatches to anyone looking for a good deal on a timepiece. Will be back soon ordering another one! :)

I ordered my Seiko orange monster on the 2nd September and it was delivered to Australia on the 6th September, well packaged and totally as ordered. Could not ask for better communications, was kept well informed of every process step and the DHL tracking was spot on.

Second Seiko I have purchased from Creation Watches and once again I am extremely pleased with the service.
Arrived in the UK in just four days with regular updates front the courier.
Came in a nice sturdy presentation box with the two watch manuals Seiko guarantee and certificate of guarantee card.
Will pay the extra next time for the original Seiko box.
Watch is fantastic original Japanese manufacture looks great on.
Would recommend Creation Watches and looking forward to my next purchase.
