Watch arrive on time on Monday, just 2 working days later. Watch was as described, in full working order, Would certainly recommend and use again. Thanks!

Thanks for asking. Yesterday I received the watch. The purchase was in a perfect condition. It was easy to order and proper introduced on your website. Specially as European is your website for me interesting (collecting Seiko watches) as I can order Seiko Models which are not to get in European stores. Yes I have to pay some taxes but in the end I get what I want. It was the first time I ordered with Creation Watches and I consider it definitely again for an watch order.

I recently read through watch forums and used google to shop for my first automatic watch. I began browsing on creationwatches.com to look and compare Seiko automatics that were affordable. I ended up with the Seiko SNZF51K1.
Creationwatches has some great prices and sales compared to other competitors and I was attracted by the free international shipping and small fee of courier option to get the watch more quickly! I chose the later and was impressed with my order: I paid for the watch on November 12th and the watch came to my country in 2 days via DHL courier. Impressive and worth the extra cost.
Customer service was prompt at the beginning; I left out an address line and they were quick to respond to the additional information for my shipping address and responded in less than an hour. Superb customer service.
Lastly, my watch came in a nice unbranded box, complete with original tag and owner manual with warranty card and date of purchase stamp. Will definitely buy again from them!
After an issue with my credit card (my fault, not theirs), they contact me directly and the solution was quick and easy. Great customer service. The watch arrived in the promised date and carefully packaged.
I'm in the uk and was hesitant about buying from abroad but I needn't worry it was easy cheaper and was delivered within a week The watch looks great I'm sure my wife will be happy with a Christmas present it come with instruction book warranty card and boxed packaging was great watch was well protected can't one for much more than that I would definitely recommend creation watches
Can't fault Creation Watches at all. From the brilliant selection of products, to the quick deliveries and customer service throughout the whole process - absolutely brilliant service.
I have been buying Japanese watches from Creation Watches for a couple of years now. They have always the best prices I can find on internet & only 100% genuine watches. It is always free DHL delivery and normally takes 2 to 5 days from Singapore to London, UK. Overall I am extremely happy with Creation Watches and will buy from them again for sure!
I received the wrist watch yesterday and I am glad to tell that I like it very much. It is my first order to this company and I would say packing conditions and delivery service are efficient. Hi just to let everyone know that CreationWatches are simply thieves!
Yes their delivery is super speedy, yes their response to emails is excellent initially, their wordings and clarifications about warranty is very good I will give them that. All good until you face an issue and send you watch back for repair. My Orient watch developed a fault within a year and I sent it back for repair after several days for RMA fight and escalation. They received it early June and since that they kept it saying we will fix it as soon as got parts from Japan. One could walk/swim from Japan to Singapore leave alone ordering parts. Anyways I am sure I will never receive my watch back nor see my money. To me it is a lesson learnt and would strongly advice to stay away from Creationwatches.
P.S. Amazingly Creationwatches speedy email reply is not speedy anymore and they simply reply with cut and paste phrase like "Repairs can take longer". Horrible service without any indication and deadlines. Moreover they have a gut to offer me a discount on next purchase.

I paid by Paypal and the watches were shipped from Singapore (where they are based) the very next day.
Shipping was free via DHL which is incredible.
