Unfortunately the customer support is the worst that I have ever had in my life. They sent me two out of three items wrong. One is in a different shape and the other is on a different size. They agreed to send me the first one again, but for some reason no matter how much proof I provide, they keep on saying the Item is in the correct size. I have one from previous order that's in the same size, you can clearly see a difference when they are next to eachother. I even bought a caliper to show them the size measured, as they asked. Claudia, the customer "support" person, decided that even tho the caliper clearly shows the size, I'm still wrong and she's right. The whole situation is just hilarious. She's also refusing to contact me with anyone else who could help me. I will never shop here and I wouldn't reccoment anyone to do it.

J'ai plusieurs fois commander sur crazy factory et je n'ai jamais été déçue, les produits sont de qualité, la livraison est rapide, et leur système de crazy cash point est super! Je recommande fortement pour les personnes qui cherchent des piercings.

Ormai compro da crazy factory dal 2016 e ho sempre ricevuto prodotti di ottima qualità, ho avuto un problema per un modello di tunnel non più disponibile anche se acquistato, ma il servizio clienti mi ha rimborsata al 100%.
Consigliato anche ai miei amici e concordano tutti sull'ottima qualità!

I've been purchasing from this website for a long time. I've always liked the good quality of the jewelry, they don't get ruined

Got to stretch my ears using all of their taper options and surgical steal tunnels. Happy with their products and their prices. And deliver my time is up to par. I've got time, so I'm not one to care about "next day" delivery so I'm happy with the all around service, delivery and price. I hope to see more glass and stone tunnel options in the future and maybe an update (less videos) on their app. Definitely will be ordering new tunnels soon.

I ordered a pair of ear weights in the design of the "@" after trying to get them in I soon realized that one was facing the appropiate direction in one ear but the other one was backwards.

I communicated this design flaw to their customer service team where "Paul" tried to tell me that it wasnt a flaw and the earrings only went in one direction, the right way. This was really not the case.

I was told I could mail them back at my expense and would be refunded despite the fact they claim to only offer returns for unused items which I kept mentioning that I only noticed the flaw when trying them on. Regardless of the fact I paid for them to ship to me and then Id have to pay to ship back. I would be out money.

Finally "Claudia" responds to my messages telling me she is going to have the webpages marketing team to put the information about the direction of the earring on the posting on their webpage. Yet when I confront the fact if she is doing that it acknowledges there is a flaw which she still denies.

I tell her as I told Paul to just delete my account as I dont want to give them any more of my money... you would think a company would apologize and try to retain my business... nope they didnt care and just deleted my profile after me dealing with them for years.

Very disappointing

I bought on this website many and many piercings thru the years. Fastly everything came, sortiment is large and prices great

They deliver in less than a week + they answer pretty quick when you send them a question about your order/return options/…
Their piercings are very cheap but have amazing quality. You also have the option to get the piercings sterilized.

Ordered about 6 or more times already, every time was a nice experience, good quality, good value for money, RECOMMENDED %! Will not stop to to buy from CRAZY FACTORY, keep up the good work!
