As company is stating that delivery time will be 4-7 days, I was hoping that I will get my order during this period of time. After waiting for a MONTH and contacting them multiple times they finally agreed to resend the order. Once again, I never received the second parcel. What is interesting is that even on the second time they did not choose to send the parcel with tracking option, when they are obviously having problems with the shipment. Got accusations that the problem might be on my end and was asked at least 3 times to check the address I provided. After 2 full months I finally got the refund and that was the only good thing that I can think of about this whole situation. Highly not recommended, will not risk ordering from here again.

I ordered several nostril studs and some rings from Crazy Factory and I'm really happy with my purchase. They have a huge selection and fair prices. The quality of the piercings is excellent, no sharp edges, everything is nicely made. I'll order again.

I have been using crazy factory as long as i know to buy myself jewerly that is nickel free, always got what i did order. And their products last long if held right. I have over 3-4 years old earrings and i use those daily, and they are still holding there. 6/5 I also haven't decided yet that do i want actually a septum, but their fake septums are enough for me to have that experiement. Despite using regular mail, my packages always arrive in acceptable times. The piercings I buy are worn daily, even during baths, showers, swimming, and at the beach, and they come into contact with all sorts of cosmetics. I can confidently say that Crazy Factory's products have never deteriorated. I prefer titanium ones because they're the safest.
