Crackle is the most horrid crap I have ever experienced! The movies continually start over so it will take 4 hours to look limp through a 1 hour. I would rather pay $50/mo for something worthwhile than deal with this nonsense! Garbage!

I knew there are commercials. That is expected. But what happens is, when the commercials are to start, Crackle takes you out of the movie and back to the home page. You then have to go to Crackle again, then go to previous movies, then enter resume. So you are doing that about every 5-7 minutes, which adds to the viewing time. Until this is corrected, I doubt if I will watch anymore movies.
I have tried to finish watching a certain movie for a couple of days. It kicks me out and brings me back to the home page. This is pure waste of time and energy and aggravation to the highest level. What can I do to get this resolved!?
I never give bad reviews but... man! It just took me 2.5 hours to watch a 90 minute movie because of the RELENTLESS commercials. Each commercial break has no less than 8 commercials and 1/2 of them repeat... in the same commercial break. Its super frustrating and not really worth the free movies. Which is unfortunate because the movie choices arent horrible. There has to be a better way then this.
Don't know what happened to Crackle, it used to be a rather good channel. Maybe a two hour movie, now seems like 2 and 1/2 or three. I'm sure they need the commercials in order to provide free movies and television, it just seems excessive and about the same as regular network t. V. Watched Inception (lost track of who was dreaming in each level), watched Jupiter Ascending (liked it, just too many. 30 second spots at 7 ads each break). There are so few free channels with good movies, I hope they don't go paid because I wouldn't pay them. Just like Hulu, when they went paid; I said goodbye.
I could tolerate the excessive ads... but when my remote got bumped and there was no wat to get back to the part in the movie that I left (90% in), i lost my patience. The fast forward button on the remote sent me into ads again and then a totally different movie! Not worth the price! May be $free, but I wasted hours and still dont know how the movie ends!
For the amount of ads and commercials in every show it's not worth it. The shows are older. Barely any newer shows. Stuffed full of the same ads over and over again. Change it up at least. Maybe if they got some real commercials they might get better shows. Sorry but it had to be 100 words or something along those lines.
I tried it tonight for the first (and last) time. We wanted to watch an older movie from 2005---Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist. It's great that crackle is always free, but they submit you to watching 4 minutes of commercials every 15 MINUTES!

Crackle have the most trashy movies. Love SONY but this crap is just awful. I tried to look for something good that watch, but this movies omg just suck. And the commercial are pain in the a**

I use a PS4 and that stupid app always starts some dumb $#*! movie that I can't stop. I am assuming it is so they can exaggerate their view count. I just want to watch a tv show and this app makes it almost impossible. Much preferred the old GUI, will be deleting - not worth the effort.
Please fix these bugs! Every time I try to watch a movie it kicks me from Crackel half way through the movie, sometimes just 10 minutes in. This has been happening for months now, and I keep coming back thinking maybe it will be fixed, nope. Before this, all I could see on Crackel was a black screen. I bet I havent made it through a whole movie on Crackel in a year. Fix this nonsense! Or fire the idiots in the tech department.
#1 They replay the same commercials over and over and over again at very often random times. I mean same ones. Same ones. Same ones. Same ones. Same ones.
#2 It's the worst streaming ever, seriously streaming speed and quality in Europe 16 years ago was *******% better
I would never recommend watching crackle, Especially if you enjoy watching a few episodes of a show in a row. Your head will start spinning from the same commercials playing over and over again, and I did not enjoy constant loading breaks, and 'oops something went wrong', and constant 404 ERRORS. Pure trash of a company. Less than 1 star.
I have for the most part stopped watching crackle, i was so sick of chevy commercials, i wouldnt buy one of these junks for a dollar. You have a good streaming on movies... i just cant stand any more bull$#*! chevy lies
Pretty good for the most part. Freezes up pretty bad every 7-10 shows but my biggest complaint is having to watch that God damn mother $#*!ing Chevy silverado commercial 5 times in $#*!ing row! I will officially never $#*!ing ever so help me $#*!ing God but a Chevy piece $#*!ing $#*! silver$#*!ingrado especially after seeing that commercial... idk maybe 2000 $#*! me to tears times!
Trying to watch a tv show and the Cadillac commercial stalls and you can't finish watching any shows. WTF? It isn't worth it at all.
Oh yeah, they went out of business! The streaming constantly freezes, buffers, and then crashes. The app constantly crashes whether on Sony TV or fireTV. The video rewind/advance looks like it was developed 10 years ago. NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME! Though the show SNATCH is!
I am sick of watching a movie and it buffers 10 times before going to a comercial that I do not care for anyways! That is why Netflix is #1. Get a better way for people to watch movies and pick you to be #1
I have been a subscriber for 5 years and still have yet to sit through an entire movie or program using my PC on any browser; the playback is terrible as the audio and video misalign and the video is staggered and choppy! I do not have an issue like this on android although it does stop to buffer every 2 minuets, I know its free and its heavily trafficked but it is about time to add or upgrade those servers.
