Too many commercials and they keep freezing. It gives the frustration of trying to watch a video with dial up internet in the 90s. Truly a stressful, unsatisfactory experience.

I enjoy seeing old TV shows I never knew existed. But the same ads over and over are excruciating. Walgreens ad plays over and over. About five ads total. Hire someone to get some more advertisers please. Hawkeye is a great series to watch. Too bad it was just one season. If you can't expand ad variety I can't watch anymore.

The same commercials repeat every 10 minutes. No variety just the same 5 commercials. And if you put it on pause, it goes backwards and instantly barrages you with commercials again. The same ones over and over. Oregon Water, stupid commercials with Shaquille Oneill plugging the General Insurance, Water Pic, Chicken soup for the soul, and more often than not, the same commercial will played back to back... twice in a row. Really bad. And it's too bad because they have some classic TV shows. But it's hard to watch this way, and irritating.

Even though I have high-speed Internet, I'm spending more time waiting while it's freezing/buffering than I do actually watching the video! I have to exit Crackle, then go back to my main home page and open Crackle again, which sometimes will start playing the video... but not always! Too much of a hassle to watch Crackle.

Between the video corruption, tearing, and desync, and the unrecoverable playback errors, Crackle is worse than useless. I tried on Chrome and Firefox, on a hardwired connection to Comcast with a 500MB download speed test.

Whatever you are watching, find it somewhere else or buy it off of Amazon.

Note: using this app on an Apple TV. The most confusing, non user friendly app I've ever used. Who created this thing— someone with no eyes and who has never used modern technology other than a type writer? No search, no way to scroll through episodes, nothing logical at all.

In order to watch episodes of Sherlock I had to:
1. Find it just by scrolling through stuff and randomly seeing it by luck. There's no way to type into a search bar and find anything.
2. I found it, watched episode one… and then couldn't find episode two. Realized I had to click "add," go back to the useless Home Screen, scroll up to "my crackle," and go to history to then find episode two. I clicked on it.
3. But don't LEAVE episode two in order to show your husband the process to find it, no. Don't do that. Because when you go through steps 1-2 again as a demonstration and come back, episode two will be gone and only 1 and now 3 will be sitting in your history.
4. Go to episode one, fast forward through the ENTIRE THING to reach the end.
5. You're now entering episode two. Don't breathe! Quick! Start it before it scurries away.

Get a programmer with a brain who uses modern streaming networks, Crackle. Or heck, take inspiration from basic consumer websites that sell clothing or something, if wanting to take tips from your competitors is a bit too intimidating. My gosh. Useless.

Crackle has a good way to find the British content I was looking for but really - muting isn't enough. They show the same commercials over, and over, and over. Then if you try to go back a little because you missed something, it snaps back to start a series of commercials all over again. Tubi, you can't find anything on and there are no descriptions or categories detailed enough to help, but if you can find what you want by title then the viewing and ad experience is far superior. Tubi treats you like a human being. No human being could tolerate Crackle's viewing experience for long. You really have to be committed to the content you are watching or you are suicide material before long. I promise you one thing. I will NEVER GET A CAR LOAN THROUGH CAPITOL ONE or anything else from them for that matter. Any company hiring whoever brought the ad agency in to do that commercial and then approved it isn't smart enough to manage my money or my loans.

Crackle TV has changed. It's racist, all one sided. I am removing it from my Roku Box...

Watching a movie is a nightmare, it often freezes and one has to start over again, meaning from the very beginning of the movie because forwarding does not work. The only items that work excellently without problems are the many commercials. Worst streaming service that I know of.

Streaming is erratic, freezes frequently, and has to restarted often during one episode. Worst streaming service ever!

I opened a crackle account, but once the account was open i could not access a single movie, search engine always came up with zero results.
I was looking forward experiencing this site.
Sadly they have nothing to offer. There was no help after my questions why I could not find anything or play anything.
Everything I was informed about crackle was a lie.
Never again and avoid crackle.
