I mistakenly ordered two of the same things on different days. Called to return one of them. I received a return number and then sent it back via USPS. I was to be credited for the more costly order according to my telephone call about the return number. Not sure what has happened with the returned item or the credit.

Being a first time user I did not see the "Free shipping "drop down menu. As an older computer user I don't always catch all the items on an order page but I am very pleased that I got a response to my feed back. Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a ski rack that did not fit my skis. The ski rack is totally misrepresented online. I was given the run around in many ways. Needed to email, call, measure the racks. Was told to return, but had to pay the shipping of 60-80 dollars. With so many better online stores, I will never buy anything from this company again.
This is our third year ordering them for our employees - we'll be back again next year.
The gloves are very comfortable, not stiff, very flexible. Batteries have easy access and temperature change button is easy accessible. I haven't used them in the cold yet. I did try them on high setting and they weren't as warm as I had thought they would be. But I have heard this from everyone no matter what brand you have. I give them a good rating for comfort and the heat is probably the best your get anywhere.
The battery heated glove has been a great purchase for me. I suffer from Raynard's Disease so it does not take much for my hands to get numb around cold. I live on the east coast and mainly use my gloves for jogging during the cold months. I have just purchased my third pair of Cozy Winter's heated glove. My first two pairs each lasted five years before I had to replace them. So not only do the heated gloves do an excellent job of keeping my fingers and hand from getting numb, they are also a great value. The gloves are very wonderful and I will continue to order them. In addition, Cozy Winter has a great staff that is patient and very helpful and knowledgeable about its products.
Good product delivered expeditiously.
Unit did not work properly and was returned. It was supposed to shut off after 8 hours but instead it shut off after 1-2 hours. When it did shut off it couldn't be restarted unless it was unplugged then plugged back in. Waiting on a replacement unit to arrive.
The heated mattress is wonderful. Meets all of our expectations.
