Excellent customer service
I purchased three of the self heating cat pads for my three fur kids. The house tends to stay a bit cool in the winter, and my oldest cat is 12 now, with a touch of arthritis. When we got the pads, I set them up and once the cats discovered them, they actually melted into the pads and didn't move for nearly three days! They are very happy and contented to sleep on them, and curl up whenever they feel chilled. My oldest cat has actually been moving better since she started sleeping on one. I think the heat is doing her joints some good, and giving her pain relief. Thank you so much for offering such a great product. I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who has kitties.
