Update 8/2016 - a few days after seeing this review (or something like it), CozyWinters finally made the refund. It was unacceptable service, but I did feel it was right to update the review. I still really want to like CozyWinters as the selection and shipping has been great... just my first time with a return and things went south.

I have shopped at Cozywinters.com for the past 10 years and had fine service. However, the first time I had a return, I've met with shady practices. I sent the items back in perfect condition with an RMA, etc. I called about a month later (in February) and they said that they had a backlog and hadn't processed it yet, but it was going to be in a few days. Waited weeks for the credit and nothing... waited months and nothing. Now I've left multiple messages at the voice mail (no customer service available). I've essentially been robbed as they have the merchandise and I have no credit.
I'm extremely happy. I have major problems with staying too hot, even using ice packs, etc. this is GREAT!
Now we just need one that will fit the whole bed.
I was pleased with the heated pet supplies I ordered, now to keep my husband warm while he rides his Harley

Unless you ship via UPS or FedEx ground make sure that you include my PO Box # on the address as my post office does not deliver to my house.
