Thank you cozy winters! You came through with the gloves I wanted.I was treated to a great customer service experience by one of your very knowledgeable associates! I had been dealing with another on line heated gear vendor that never seemed to have what I wanted...or showed it in stock,only to bill me for it...mysteriously shipped what they didn't have
And to top it off would never respond to my multiple attempts to reach a customer service associated. I will not mention them by name

Nice gloves but they fit small, even based on measurements given. I should have gone up one size for each pair I ordered.

I bought the base layers for the outdoors here in the north east and they work well! The pants in my opinion needs more heating elements in the front of the legs and the knee, for me sitting for a while makes my knees cold, but all in all great product!
I curl and as the skip I ALWAYS freeze! I wore my heated jacket for the first time Monday night and I was WARM! First time EVER, that I have not been out on the ice jumping around and shivering! The jacket is quite stylish and has a great fit to it! My only minor complain and the location of the battery pack. As a curler I can't get down in the hack without opening the jacket, but this is a minor thing!

This is 2nd one I've ordered. I use them to keep my cat warm. Love them but a little pricey.
Good Experience, Had to return because a size was too small. I was able to get into contact with someone immediately. She made the process simple and easy!
My coat is an XL and it's too small.
I have emailed customer service and phoned them. No one has gotten back to me. I want to return it and get the bigger size.
