Called and asked some questions before ordering, was provided the information to make my decision, now hoping everything will work with the AFO that I wear.
The socks purchased are very nice. I like them very much, unfortunately they do not keep my bad foot as warm as I was hoping. I have no feeling in my lower right leg, as there is no circulation. In fact I cannot tell the heat is on other than looking at the app on my phone. So hopefully I can find better boots and it will all work out. I think the socks are great, a little pricy, but they seem to be very high quality, so if they last it all works out to not being that bad a price.
One set of batteries has 40 minutes less life than the other one.
Easy and quick
I have had this vest for less than a week and the battery dies after 5.5 hours on low. I followed the charging directions to make sure I get the most life from the battery and take care of it properly. I read through the site as well as reviews and comments that said the battery would last 11 hours on low and approx. 6 hours on high - this is definitely not accurate. I will be contacting customer service for a battery replacement or full refund.
Cozywinters has always been there with the right product at the right price. When I was concerned about a few outdoor cats that I had not yet trapped, Cozywinters was there with a safe outdoor heated mat. When I wanted to save money on home heating, Cozywinters was right there with good quality, affordable heated mats for my older cats. Thank you so much Cozywinters!

Site was fairly easy to navigate. Was disappointed that coupon code for $15 off $150 wouldn't go through. My subtotal was $185 but message said I didn't meet subtotal.
I didn't realize they needed a heater pack. But that was my mistake
