I thought the header describing the under rug pads was a bit deceptive, promising a much lower price on the pad for a 5×7 rug. I think the header needs to be clearer.
I ordered a heated cat bed and received an outdoor flat heating pad instead. I had previously bought a heated cat bed and was very pleased with that purchase. I returned to the same website and reordered the same item for my other cat. When I spoke to a customer representative on the phone, I was informed that the particular bed I wanted was out of stock. I was then sent an email with instructions on how to return the pad. I returned the pad and had to pay twice the amount it cost me to have it shipped to me. NOT HAPPY. I found the bed I previously bought on Amazon for much less.
