Everything went pretty smooth, from ordering to exchanging an item. My items came pretty fast.
Had a issue with the Rover pet jacket. I contacted customer service, they was very helpfull and replaced the product, it was a promt response to the issue at hand. I was very satified with my transaction.
The replacement cleats are the wrong thread. The cleats that I received are basically 6mm wood screws. Neo Stabilicers are a short 6mm fine thread screw.

Best company to source your heated gear.
I have purchased several heated ski gloves from you over the years. I do think that they all have lasted for shorter periods of time than my expectations. The zanier brand has the best durability. They all seem to fail due to some issue in the 'switch'. I now see on the new product that Zanier has moved the switch mechanism to the battery--hopefully this will result in better durability or at least the ability to swap out the battery should the system fail and still use the glove. I ski in weather in Michigan that is not uncommonly in the single digits especially in Jan. I have hottronic boot insole heaters that work well and last although I have swapped out the heating element in the boot insoles at least once. Hopefully this new pair of gloves will prove more durable!
