A touch of confusion is shipping/tracking info and what actually arrived, but they got it right quickly and made the adjustments and it all showed up in a very short timeframe. Would buy here again. Oops can happen to anyone, getting it right after that is the key. They did that.
Cozy Winters is a great company to deal with. I have purchased 5 or 6 items from them over the last several years and have been satisfied with all of them. And the times I've had to interact with customer service they have been great as well.
