I have told a lot of my friends about the jacket and the response was positive. I expect that your sales will increase because most of them stated "the jacket would be a great Christmas gift". Very helpful that the name of your company is right on the front of the jacket.

I received the product I ordered in a timely manner. Nicely packaged.

They were so very helpful and accurate with placing the order. The items were shipped immediately and we received them much quicker than expected. The order was complete and in great shape. You can't ask for better than that!

Too much money but kitty being warm is more important

Seemed to take a few days to get out for delivery, so I was wondering when I would be able to track the package.

The Stabilicers came as promised. We have not been able to try out the product yet since there has been no ice storms. By the way, it was cheaper to go through cozywinters.com than Amazon's suppliers and easier to order.

I ordered over the phone to lessen my chances for having my credit card compromised and it has been stolen many times by ordering online items from various companies. Your employee was very helpful and thorough with my order and also patient in getting my order right and explained my options for shipping even though my order was only for 1 item. The power cord runs from the battery connector to the heating element and it seems bulky and too short. The cord restricts the shirt and feels clumsy the way it's run through the shirt
