Ordered item, paid for 2 day shipping, after 3 days i finally got the tracking number and confirmation it shipped. Tracking showed delivery in 3 more days. No offer for refund on shipping. I was leaving for a week so i refused the delivery as I wouldn't be there. Company finally refunded my purchase price 2 weeks later, but kept my 26.00 fee for 2 day shipping. Absolute scumbags at that company. Reported them to the FTC.

After reviewing your order I can see that you have been given a FULL refund, including shipping fees. The warehouse did make a mistake and shipped your 2-day order with 3-day services, so we refunded your shipping fees, which was on a separate refund from your product refund.
As for our reviews. We use an independent review service called Shopper Approved. We have over 8,800 reviews. There is no way for any employee to post a review since it is a closed system and monitored by Shopper Approved. They have all of our IP numbers and would reject a review if it came from any of our IP numbers. You are welcome to contact ShopperApproved.com to verify this information, but all of our reviews are very legitimate.
