Easy to fine what I wanted

Bought Zanier heated ski gloves three years ago. No heat this year. Replaced transformer, no change. Replaced batteries. Still no change! Out of ideas, so bought new set of gloves.

Don't understand why both gloves would fail at the same time, yet replacing both components made no difference.

Only thing I can think of is that new batteries sent last month were faulty, but I consider that highly unlikely. Any ideas?

The product is a disappointment but because I'm not able to go out, I won't be able to return it in time. It has a few issues I dislike. The plug falls out. I can't detect warmth. I liked the idea. I'll have to give this to Goodwill.
