I called because I immediately got a response that my order was received; however, I never got a message that shipping was underway. I called and my CS person got right on it. It delivered Like 2 days early

Haven't used it yet, Came as promised and looks very nice.
My wife likes it, but there is no way she can get 5 or even 6 hours out of it. She only gets about 3 1/2 hours out of it. She has a dialysis treatment 3 days a week and each treatment is around 4 to 4 1/2 hours. The room are cold most or the time. Her dialysis treatments is the only reason we bought this blanket. I am very disappointed that she can only get 3 1/2 hours out of this blanket, especially for what we had to give for it.
