Fire Pit Cover

Ordered with my measurements and fit perfectly with a little wiggle room to apply over fire pit with ease. Has draw strings to snug at the bottom to prevent blowing off if any winds. Well made product being new and now will put it to the test with the Florida weather.

Great customer service, great cover too

We ordered a cover for our chimney and needed it to be taller on one side and shorter on the other, because of our sloping roof. I spoke to someone at Covers&all who said yes, they could do that. I sent the measurements and a couple of photos, and within a day or two, their designer sent back a drawing to make sure they'd understood my explanation correctly. It looked good so I approved it, and a couple weeks later (with free shipping from India!), we got our chimney cover. It looks good and feels very well made. Before ordering, Covers&all had sent me a very nice collection of material samples (also free, including free shipping from India), since I didn't know which color would best work with our roof shingles. The brown is a little darker than I would prefer, but it was the closest match, and I really appreciated being able to see the real colors and feel the material choices ahead of time.

We use top-quality shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL; however, we have no control over if the shipment gets delayed in transit. Additionally, Coversandall has no control over 3rd party couriers' performance and is not responsible for any delay that arises from the couriers' shipping service.
As your satisfaction is a top priority for us and as an apology for missing the delivery date, we have initiated a refund request for the shipping amount. We fabricated the cover as per the order dimensions and as we have mentioned over the website, we provide 1 to 2" leeway on the given width/depth dimensions for easy pull-in, pull-out. When I contact Fed Ex with the tracking number it comes up not found. Will I be receiving the chair cover or not. I am a bit frustrated at this point. Can you track the product from you end and let me know when it should arrive?

The experience was self explanatory it did state I would receive A 20 percent discount on first order with e Mail address. I did not receive the discount.
