We ordered a cover for our chimney and needed it to be taller on one side and shorter on the other, because of our sloping roof. I spoke to someone at Covers&all who said yes, they could do that. I sent the measurements and a couple of photos, and within a day or two, their designer sent back a drawing to make sure they'd understood my explanation correctly. It looked good so I approved it, and a couple weeks later (with free shipping from India!), we got our chimney cover. It looks good and feels very well made. Before ordering, Covers&all had sent me a very nice collection of material samples (also free, including free shipping from India), since I didn't know which color would best work with our roof shingles. The brown is a little darker than I would prefer, but it was the closest match, and I really appreciated being able to see the real colors and feel the material choices ahead of time.

The material selected for your covers is Cushion Rite Beige; we have added a thumbnail on the product page showing the shade. If this is not the color you received, could you please raise a ticket through your Coversandall account? Attaching a few pictures or a brief video clearly showing the problem will help us provide you prompt and accurate assistance.
I needed to replace my old outdoor cushions. These were perfect. I was worried about measuring them myself but the new covers fit like a glove.

We fabricated the cover as per the order dimensions and as we have mentioned over the website, we provide 1 to 2" leeway on the given width/depth dimensions for easy pull-in, pull-out. As you are already in touch with our quality team and requested a refund, to investigate further we request you to kindly share the images putting the measuring tape. Our team will look into that and will provide you the solution which you are looking for.
Ordering and delivery were fine. The 2" over size makes the fit a bit too large.
