Have purchased replacement covers for my outdoor furniture before and usually I'm disappointed. This time I was impressed with the quality and density of fabric, rugged zippers and excellent fit.

I was extremely happy with the service provided. They were on my order immediately, and asked clarifying questions, and wanted additional photos so that they would make exactly what I needed. They made no assumptions, which I really appreciated. They finished the cushion and pillow covers very fast, and I received the order quickly. As it turns out the new covers appear to be of a much better quality than the originals. I couldn't be happier!
My only experience with Covers & All was beyond excellent! I ordered a cover for a large cabinet I made for our deck on our Pacific shore home. The cover arrived promptly, it fit perfectly, had zero flaws, and the quality of the cover materials is much more substantial than I anticipated. I gave it a 5 star rating but it merits an extra star or more)!

Despite providing multiple images and all dimensions I could not get their people to make the cover for my smoker. I provided the name brand and model. They asked for more information multiple times, to the point I thought I was being plunked. I had used them for others covers in the past and was disappointed with their lack of effort provide their product. Oh, and a coupon sent with another purchase just wasn't applicable to the next one.

However, brand and product details do not provide much information regards to the point-to-point measurements. As per your concern regards to the coupon code, every offer at Covers&All is regulated by certain terms and conditions, the same mentioned either on email or on the website. The website states that they will add to the measured product dimensions when the product is made. That was not the case for my order and therefore the cover is useless.

Fairly easy to install the cover. Good interaction with the site as far as verifying the order and ease of replying to any changes.
I was repeatedly queried about the details of the piano keyboard I wanted to protect. I ordered a simple rectangle but the company noticed the keyboard had a more complex shape and requested more detailed dimensions to provide a more precise fit. We did this TWICE until every odd shape was accounted for. For the price, I was astounded at how attendant to detail the company was. I will be back!
