I was very pleased with the quality of the cover. It's definitely not a cheap quality.
From start to finish, Covers and All did an excellent job. I have nothing but praise for their work.
I ordered a cover for my outdoor kitchen, and provided the measurements they requested from a mock up drawing after providing a several pictures of the area to be covered. The cover was delivered with all measurements as the design shop requested. However, they did not request the correct measurement for the faucet. Instead, they requested the measurement for the sink ( from the left edge to the sink area), big difference. Therefore, the cover doesn't fit properly. I have reached out to the company on several ocassions to no avail. They continue to tell me the manager Marshall will call me; thus my title of this review ( Still waiting). My next steps are to let you the public know that this is NOT a reputable company, so don't waste your time, money or effort if you're looking for a good product. I will continue to update you as I contact and hear from the Better Business Bureau.

I had two covers made. The first was straight forward but the second was very complex and we went back and forth until we (together) got it right. Very satisfied.

My covers were beautifully made! I want to thank the hard workers who actually sewed my covers and the workers who packed & shipped my covers! They arrived a day earlier than expected and I expect to order again with Covers & All.
This was a painful experience. We asked that they provide a spec diagram like they offered to do on another project PRIOR to going to production. Well, they didn't and the measurements changed so we went back and forth about making changes. The answer always was "too late, it's in production" while the emails from other online customer service people were "let me see what we can do."
I think part of the issue with Covers and All is that you are dealing with sales and customer service in India and other overseas locations (Production) while the company is listed in Atlanta, GA. If you look up the contact number for the company, you always get overseas employees.
As expected, the delivered cover doesn't fit correctly. It is " too much trouble dealing with this company to get them to do the right thing by their customers" and my time is more valuable than that.
Based on my two experiences with Covers and All, I will avoid this company in the future. "Caveat Emptor"

As per your concern regards to the working drawing, we do provide the same if there will be any special requirement of the product shape or any other specification. Upon checking the order details, we are not able to find any special request or specification to get the mock-up before the order goes into production. Upon the order placement, an immediate confirmation is sent to the customer's registered email address which consists of all the order details to check. Customers can request a change within 2 hours of placing the order via phone or chat. As you have shared your concern with us and are not satisfied with the cover, we have passed your feedback to our quality team. They will contact you to provide the best possible resolution for the same.
We are a global business based in Georgia. All our covers are designed in Lawrenceville, GA, and manufactured in India. The same is mentioned over the website in our terms of use and promptly disclosed when inquired.
So far so good. Would have liked a different color but couldn't wait til end of Dec. To get it.
A few back and forth communications on size measurements for the item. But good drawings sent from fabricator department. All and all very satisfied with the custom order. A little pricey, but worth if you a have a specific custom cover need. Have used Covers and All for all my patio covers for some time. Thanks so much!
My order included a cover for a hexagon table. The dimension for the three diagonals was 63". When the cover arrived the diagonals was only 54", too small for the table. I called customer service. I was asked to take a picture of the cover including a tape measure to confirm the length. I did as asked but I have not heard back from anyone yet. I would like a cover with the correct dimensions.
