While the products I received were what I expected, the design process was difficult.
The ordering was simple. My covers arrived sooner than I expected and the quality was exceptional. The fit was perfect and they gave my tired worn out cushions a new lease on life. I can't believe they were so reasonably priced.
I ordered a custom cover and I am still waiting for it to arrive a month later. Communication is poor, I don't have an expected delivery date.

Before going into production on it, Covers & All reached out to double check - then triple check - dimensions, which I appreciated to make sure it would fit just right. And I'm happy with it! The material seems sturdy and packs up well and most importantly it fits perfectly! It's my first winter with it but so far it's kept my outdoor sofa safe and dry through multiple snow storms and high winds. Thank you!
