This is my 2nd purchase from Covers & All. The sail manufacturing is of high quality. The ordering process was frustrating as I asked to speak with a designer about the dimensions before production. No contact until I received an email saying the sail was complete. I am glad I purchase their insurance to cover any dimension issues. They re-made the sail at their cost and it seems fine, but I have not installed it yet.

The only negative: the furniture measuring which has to be accurately done takes time and effort.
The cover for my outside garden bench is very good but only just fits, so correct measuring is essential.
The delivery company left my parcel in full view outside my front door and did not attempt to conceal in my porch behind a brick pillar. Not pleased about this.

I was pretty impressed with the quality of the customer sun shade -, material is sturdy and hardware is very heavy duty including a braided steel cable that is sewn in to the perimeter and ties into the corner hardware.

Thought I was ordering a hot tub cover with 4 sides with elastic, but what came was more like a mattress cover that does fit the Jacuzzi cover, but also sits below in the water. Can't use the cover locks anymore as they are now covered up. Like the material the cover is made of. Will see how it weathers in the sun here.

I wanted to buy a fitted cover for a recently renovated teak banana bench, but couldn't find a template on the website. I sought advice from customer services, who obviously didn't have a clue as to what a banana bench was. I nearly gave up at that point, but I eventually found the correct template myself, which (for future reference) was listed as a 'day bed' template.
Fortunately, the experience was much better after that. The order was placed without problems, and the finished cover was delivered in less than two weeks. It is of good quality and it fits perfectly.

I ordered a tailor made cover for use outside on a patio privacy/wind screen. Easy to order. I received confirmation allowing time to check the size before I was notified that the order was being sent for manufacture. Delivered air mail from India, well packed and secure. Item was very substantial and fitted perfectly. Looks as if it should last a long time out in the weather. Price more than reasonable for what I received.

I purchased a mid range material garden corner seat and separate table cover. The online process was generally OK, but I sent an initial dimensioned photograph, and the online chat person then sent me an opposite hand model to populate with my dims, which was easy to use. I stated the model was opposite hand and I was advised to make sure I asked for a drawing to sigh off before production commenced. I filled the model in and advised I needed it the opposite hand. We went through the process and it all worked very well. Then I was advised there was an £80 changes charge! I said I didn't change anything, just asked for clarifcation on some points. They then sent dims showing the changes, which was basically moving the model from LH to RH, I advised that I used the model they sent me and had made no changes. They then said they had reverted the dimension back and there would be no charge. I said what have you changed! You should only make what I have signed off. Please send me a model of what you are making. I was then sent the last model I had signed off so that was OK. To be fair they were very responsive, and quick in responding. They were out of UK time sync as I assume they were in India. The cover has only been here a couple of weeks, but it seems very good. Obviously time will tell. I will use them again, just keep a close eye on the detail on the design stage, which is only sensible anyway.
