I am very happy with my mattress covers. I have bunk beds in my camper van, and the mattresses and covers needed to be a custom size. They fit perfectly, and look great! We can even drag them outdoors to sleep under the stars because they are waterproof. Great find, happy customer.
I asked for a custom made cover to protect a chandelier in a crate. The directions given for measuring and providing dimensions were perfect. The only thing... and it ends up being ok... is that I requested it NOT be a complete cube. No bottom panel. The cover had a bottom. Not a terrible thing. Just not what we had agreed on. I thought. We had a phone conversation about it. Maybe just a misunderstanding.
