We measured our current covers and ordered new custom covers but they did not fit. We're way too large and could not be used.

Now that you claimed you received the covers in incorrect sizes, we request you to help us with the following, as we require this information that supports the claim for a replacement or a refund.
1) The images of covers on the product showing its fitting.
2) As there's a size issue, measure each side of the covers. Please take a picture of it showing the error in measurements with a full-size photo of the cover skirt on the Product with the tape measure.
3) A taffeta label that is sewn to the edges inside your cover (this is to identify the product).
Upon receipt, we'll investigate further and conclude this with the best possible outcome. You can share the details with us by raising a ticket from your Covers&all account.
I requested they not allow 2" to the measurement given (as shown) so that mu fitment would be tighter and that request was accommodated.

I was skeptical that a custom cover could be as good as the manufactured original. In fact, it looks better and the stitching is far superior to the original. I must admit, I looked at other online spa cover manufacturers first. Their reviews were poor even though the price was a bit better. I am glad I choose Covers and All. The price turned out to be 30% less than the original manufactures quote for replacement. The other thing I appreciated was a representative called me to confirm my choices and measurements.
