I ORDERED PATIO CHAIR CUSHION COVERS. THEY ARRIVED QUICKLY AND THE COLOR WAS PERFECT. THE COVERS ARE SLIGHTLY BIGGER THAN MY CUSHION, HOWEVER THAT WAS MY FAULT AS I MEASURED INCORRECTLY. Seems their existence has vaporized. Purchased a custom industrial tarp 18 months ago. Need to order another. Two days of a robo "phone que" system, get down to the 1st caller in que, and call gets dumped. Have used the "robot" chat on their site, and get robot responses. No "human" has returned my emails, called me back, nothing. Check their site, they have no "open hours" listed. They've vaporized, or business is really, really good that they can't follow up within two business days. Moving on to another source/supplier.
I was so excited to find your site for custom size covers. It fits great and is such great quality. Great value too.
Purchased a chaise cover from this company. When it arrived it was not anything like the dimensions I sent them. I called and asked to have it remade. I sent pictures of the cover sent. I now have emailed them 6 times and called them 5. When they recognize the number they disconnect the call. Immediately I stopped payment. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They chose not to make the purchase right

My package arrived damaged so I refused it at delivery. I have attempted to reach this vendor with 15 voice mails; 4 emails and long chats. They do not answer their phone or respond to email. Do not shop here - if you have any problem, you will not be able to reach them. On their phone system, you will be on hold for 15 minutes, only to have them come on the line and say they are not available.

Super easy to order custom patio covers. Homeowners find it's a nightmare to find covers to fit one off furniture purchases. This site takes that pain away. Good choice of colors and waterproof/UV protected fabrics.
Easy to custom. Nice customer service. High quality. But for the waterproof, it's not 100% waterproof. On our patio pillows rain came, went through the covers because of the heavy rain. But the fabric quality is great. It's just the fact that the water from the rain came inside the covers that made us disappointed
