On April 1 we placed our order, and we were instructed to expect delivery May 16th. On May 18 we reached out to check to make sure it was still on its way, and get the updated estimated delivery date. Calling resulted in automated message that said we should use the online 'Chat' and it hung up. We went to the automated chat, and message said someone will be available in 3 hours. After 2 hours a person messaged. After much confusion in messaging via the chat, I was told that they never started to work to create the cover, and wanted to confirm my measurements. In other words, if I hadn't reached out, they wouldn't have started the work. We own multiple properties, and we were waiting to see the quality of our first order before submitting more orders. We still don't know the quality of work, but the timeliness, communication and service are getting a '1' star. We'll patiently wait to receive the ordered cover, and will review the actual quality at that time.
We love this company! Great products, inexpensive, easy. Is there anyone else who does what they do? Not that we've found.

After reading some to the reviews I was not sure if I should order anything from this site. Well, I am very happy I did. Not only did my trap arrive earlier then it was supposed to it was perfect! The quality of the vinyl was much better than I expected but the size was to the inch that I had ordered. I will truly order from this company again if I need any of their products. I would recommend the company!

Web site very good. "Chat" experience very bad. Chat wait was excessive. Then when I finally got someone to respond, they did not respond coherently to my request for help. Very disappointing. I eventually made an order without the help of the chat feature.
Once I made the order, the covers arrived very promptly and was of an excellent quality. However, the sides were too long and excessively drug on the ground. I submitted exact measurements of the height of my chairs and ottomans. As I did not want the sides dragging on the ground, collecting dirt and grime, I had to hem the chairs 5" and the ottomans 3" (turning the material under and using Gorilla tape). The covers fit perfectly front to back and side to side.

The customer service is terrible. Not enough people to answer the phone or chat. I was #5 on the phone and when I got down to #2, I was cut off. Then every time I tried to get back in the queue I was hung up on. I wound up canceling and reordering. I hope they don't send me two orders. Still I didnt get the free shipping that was promised. I will not recommend this site to anyone else.
