Just received our pool fire bowl covers. Outstanding quality. I had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service rep during the ordering process and they make it so simple and they were very polite (hard to find that these days). We would buy again for sure. One hiccup in the delivery process... Not Covers & All's fault. US Customs held up the package at the Fed-X Memphis, TN Hub for over a week. I made a call to Fed-X and they got it released and I had it within two days. Kudos to Fed-X as well for following through. Great Experience and I would highly recommend Covers & All.
