I ordered custom covers for an old patio set and a dog bed. Placing the order was easy and the covers arrived quickly and as ordered. I will order from Covers & All again if I need something.

This only relates to the custom clear vinyl covers... The covers are actually nicer than what I was expecting, but that also presented a problem. When I ordered my covers, there were no photos of the covers (there now appear to be some on the site), but even the new photos don't really do justice to what you actually get. The edge of the covers has a black polyester (I believe) material sewn on them. Many of the seams elsewhere have a strip sewn on to them. So let's say you're getting a box shaped cover for some appliance. You'll have a black fabric strip sewn around the opening of the cover, as well as strips of the fabric along almost all of the edges of the cover. Admittedly, this makes for a very durable cover, and it's not bad looking. But it also makes the cover less flexible, so if you wanted a cover that was a nice fit for whatever you're covering (not too loose), you're going to find it harder to get the cover on and off. I now understand why they have an option for the "2" leeway". You'll likely need it! The black material sewn around the opening of the cover also straps for tightening the opening of the cover. The intent being that you get covers with excess space/size, and then you tighten the opening around what you're covering. Long story short, order covers with an extra inch of space for every dimension!
I couldn't see that my 2 blinds were different, although only by the chain side. I would feel better with a $1000 purchase if I could see *all* the details

I ordered 1 "seat cushion 28" x 28" and 1 back cushion 17" c 28" but you sewed them together as if itcwere for a chaise lounge so they are unuseable. I need 10 sets of seat & back cushions, but they are for an outdoor sofa, not an outdoor chaise so they don't "work" on a sofa and are unusable. Thanks for checking on the order but I cannot inderstand why you would "attach" them together. I never asked you to do that. Can I return them? Please let me know. Thank you, Joanne Cashin
Fits the aldis brand fire pit perfectly. Keeps the fire pit dry.
Material used was much heavier than expected, vent pockets and bottom draw cord was added at no additional cost. The cover was made to exact dimensions. It's just a quality cover. Would definitely recommend this product.
