I was amazed at how careful Covers and All was about the measurements for my patio cushion covers. Our original cushion covers were tearing, and the cost of new cushions would be more than the whole set cost, so I was in search of covers. I found Covers and All online, and the price was very reasonable, so I decided to try. I sent them measurements and photos of the cushions, and they kept responding, asking for more exacting measurements. For the cost that I paid them, I didn't expect them to care as much. The cushions were definitely made to measure, and fit well. The only downside is that the fabric is very stiff. I'm not unhappy with it, but I didn't realize that it's such a stiff fabric. It seems to be very waterproof, and has a plastic liner, so they're noisy. The fabric would be great for a boat cushion, or to cover outdoor furniture. We're very satisfied with the quality and craftmanship!

Sent a picture for our patio set with the dimensions for a square cover. They emailed back asking about a dimension for the chair. I couldn't understand why they needed that for a square, but then when they sent me the proof to approve, I noticed it basically had some reinforcements and contours to fit the patio set better.
