I received the cushion cover and was disappointed in the color and fit. There weren't many color options to choose from so I knew it wouldn't be exactly what I wanted. I sent pictures of the twin mattress as well as specific dimensions of the cover. When we put it on the mattress, it was too big but we've used it anyway. It isn't nearly snug enough and stays wrinkled and bunched up all the time.
Your product is very well made. I thought that I had measured correctly and after receiving the product I found that it was way too big. My mistake.

Ordered new chair and fire pit covers. They turned out great.
It was packaged so very densely, kind of resembling a kilo of drugs, so it was seized and inspected in customs which delayed the order further. When it arrived it was the correct size but wasn't quite what I was expecting, the cover only had a top and side, no bottom, so not ideal as a cushion cover for the pet bed which is what I needed it for. And it had toggles instead of a zip even though I ordered it with a zip. I made it work, but it wasn't ideal.
