These covers are a great quality but, during my order I was directed to order longer covers and they would remove the excess. I originally had just wanted to order smaller because that is the size I wanted and it was $100 cheaper. Instead I followed the customer service recommendations and made a specific request to have them shorter during the design review. When I received my covers they still go all the way to the ground which is what I was trying to avoid the whole time. So I paid more for custom design, and still didn't get what I was looking for.

My initial feedback will be about reaching out to customer service after realizing my cover did not match what I needed. I felt the customer service person did not even take the time to read or understand my issue and had me take some photos and send them in, just for someone to advise I was SOL. If my original note had been read, that step should not at all have been needed and dragged things out.
Next onto my primary area of feedback as to their ordering process and the confusion it causes, for which they advise me I am SOL. Everything I know and have found in researching is measurements are generally stated as L x W x H, there may be some other terms such as depth used. Covers and All use Height first in their ordering process and if you are not careful enough your cover will open in the wrong location.
I engaged them in hoping to understand their perspective however they did not at all respond to clarify why they felt the ordering process was not confusing, just that I should have read their diagram more closely.

Unfortunately, we were unable to find any error on our end. The measuring options for different product categories are different as we require different dimensions.
