I needed an exact replica of what I had already ordered a year and a half prior. I was hesitant and somewhat skeptical. At first you're online representative spent so much time, making sure that when I got was correct and exact, I could not be happier in my batting cage looks beautiful with the two matching mounds.
I was so so pleased when the covers arrived. I didn't have the best expectations and was just hoping for covers that looked marginally better than the torn, unremovable covers that came with my patio set. I was really floored with the quality and workmanship of the covers - they're perfect! Also, designers followed up multiple times throughout the process to ensure that the specifics were accurately communicated. Super impressed. I've offered the recommendation to friends even without prompting - like - "hey, in case you ever need covers replaced I have a really good company". Seriously - they're that good!
Website was easy to use to select cover type, fabric, options, etc. Cover is very nicely made and it arrived quickly. Will definitely use Covers & All again.

Most of the covers for my outdoor furniture fit well. The covers for 2 ottomans were too short. I did not contact customer support because I did not think they would replace them since they were custom made. The specs that I gave to C&A were directly from the furniture manufacturer.
