Excruciating waiting for answers in the chat session. The first custom cover came with elastic all across the bottom which made it very hard to get the cover over my chair. I had ordered elastic only at the 4 corners, so they made another one for me, this time with ties at the corners. They wanted to charge me almost $10 shipping for the replacement cover which I objected to since the mistake was made by their company. They gave in and sent it for free, so I am happy that the company does have integrity!

Looked at lots of cushions, needed a certain size and color. Covers & All fit the bill.
I ordered two insulated skylight covers. I used the schematic provided to measure for the covers. I received two insulated sacks with a draw string at the top. I contacted the customer service representatives and have been told that I made an error in measuring, so they cannot assist me in resolving the situation. ( They will not address the actual problem of creating the wrong product entirely) I provided the photo from their website that shows my order with a picture of the skylight cover showing and several photos of what they actually sent me. After some digging, I found that their web site gives directions in writing on how to measure. Width-Left to Right, Depth- Front to Back, Height-Top to Bottom. Then they provide two pictures with the dimensions on how to measure shown. Skylight - 2- Height, 1- Width, 3-Depth. Custom Insulated Cover - 1-Height, 2- Width, 3-Depth. Their web sight creates confusion by different numbers to the same measurement.
At this point I am extremely dissapointed with the buying experience, especially the customer service that refuses to look at the facts of what happened. I would NOT do business with this company.
I did find the price of their integrity - $160.

I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that you require a signature upon delivery. They only deliver while I'm at work and even though I authorized them to leave it on the porch they repeatedly did not. Forcing me to drive out to the middle of nowhere to pick up my package. Please reconsider requiring a signature upon delivery. Until then I will not be shopping again.
