Just called to get measuring help for my second order and the representative was very helpful.
I made a frame of 1 inch square aluminum tubing to cover my electric riding mower with bagger attachment and needed a sturdy custom made cover. I found the Covers & All's website on Google. The website was easy to use, plus they had the heavier canvas I was wanting. I ordered a 44x48x90 cover with grommets every 12 inches. The cover was well made and the fit was perfect. Any future I have, I kow where to go.
I will never order from this company again. I sent a logo on for a custom tire cover. The picture I reviewed had the writing in gray and a small yellow line. The product showed up with a completely white logo. I was never co tasted saying the Colors wouldn't work with the black material it was on. I would have considered a different background material color.
It's terrible looking and the best the company has offered me was 25% off a new order. If they can't do it why would I re-order.
Look elsewhere if you are a small company.

We recently purchased tarps with specific dimensions from this company. When the tarps for deck doors arrived they were two inches too wide which rendered them useless. As asked we took photos with tape measure showing the issue and we're told the could not remake and could do nothing to help, we do not want our money back, we just want our door covers correctly remade. So we are out the expense of these two doors. We do not recommend using this company, they are based out of India and cannot send a representative to assist. We were so disappointed.

Got the order within a week. Son loved it! The old Liberty Safe cover was pretty whimpy. Torn apart with in 3-4 years. This one should last a long time. Thanks.

My first experience ordering from Covers & All was horrible. I ordered multiple covers for my outdoor furniture which was sent to New Zealand instead of St. John. Shipping address was correct so I was baffled as to how this happened. This time my order was received correctly. My only issue is that I received a discount coupon because of my first experience which they failed to give me when I placed my second order.
