Poor customer service. I wanted to add-on to an existing order that had not gone into production yet. (I placed an order, then a few minutes later realized that quantity I put on my initial order was wrong. I needed to increase the order by two.) I ended up placing a second order because the customer representative was inept and rude over the telephone.
