I received the cover after much communication with you verifying measurements. And re-verifying, etc. It was all worth the effort, and it was good of you to go out of your way to make this truly custom to fit this smoker.
The cover has just enough extra space to allow it to be removed and put back on easily. Well made. The chimney on the top is spot-on. Everything is great.
By the way, PitBoss does not make a cover for this smoker. This smoker is sold exclusively at Lowe's - I don't know why that would stop a cover being made. But there are comments on Lowe's and PitBoss' web site mentioning no cover, and some people reluctant to by such an awesome, expensive smoker and leave it out in the weather. So, you now have a design. Maybe you can market it somehow since it is a popular smoker and nobody else makes the cover.

This was a test order to see if the cushion cover wld work on my older outside cushions...it works great and I have ordered 6 additional covers. Just wish shipping was a bit faster, but you can't beat the price
The construction and the size and fit were perfect. I reached out to inquire about a custom design and it was exactly as requested. I was disappointed that the mesh door windows were not a default choice. The images showed the windows so I assumed they would be on my cover. I requested some custom changes/additions and I wish I would have doubled checked that the windows would be included. But overall the cover was a great purchase.
The product is very nice. A dark color and heavy fabric. I just need to order the same thing just a few inches larger next time.

Measure twice cut once. They were especially careful to get measurements, pictures and ask questions before the product was made.
The quality of the cover I purchased meets my expectations and is going to work well. However the pictures of the cover made it seem as though it came with rings or a way to hang it up the way I would need. When it arrived it was just a mesh cover and nothing else. I sent in a question and am waiting a response about it.

The initials were placed upside down on the back cushion and I did not receive one of the cushions I ordered. I only ordered one cushion of each size that I needed in order to make sure that they would fit properly. One hiccup - you sent two of the same size for one back cushion cover. And the monogram/initials that I ordered for one of them were upside down. That cover cannot be used. I emailed, via your website instructions, my request for help 4/3/23.
