We purchased a cover that arrived with a defect. We're trying to get them to replace this item but some guy named Vikrant is making it difficult. He's stating there's a 7 day window to report damage or defects which is nowhere to be found on their website. As a matter of fact there's a 90 day return or exchange policy clearly stated on their website. This guy Vikrant wanted us to send him the link to this policy from their own website? This is absolutely ridiculous. Next stop consumer affairs and every review platform I can find to warn others. I'll go as far as posting the entire email chain so you can read how ridiculous this guy Vikrant has been.
Unique design and the team provided several updated drawings. I have worked several unique covers with this company-all are great fit. This one ended up a little oversized (too long) but I made the error of not including a strap or bungee gathering (all offered) which would have provided a better fit.
I received my cushion cover fast and easy. It is stronger than I thought and the quality exceeded my expectations.
