Easy process to order and cheap. We received our custom dog kennel cover in about 2 weeks from India. The shipping gets a little weird because it got stuck for two days overseas waiting on a signature and when I contacted customer service about it they said that it was normal and to wait.

I guess the cokor for one of my items defaulted to a different color and I missed it. I did not notice until after they arrived, but they were not the same as all of the other covers in my order. Would be better if it defaulted to no color slection instead of puke beige.
I ordered several covers for a patio side table and two fire pits with various dimensions, some non-standard. The customer reps that I worked with were meticulous and paid special attention to detail. It was probably one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had. I've bought various products from Covers & All over the past 6 months and I'm really impressed with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship.
Ordered Cover to fit over our large dining table and all 8 chairs. Measured width and length with chairs placed where they would be. I subtracted 2 inches from the height of the chairs as recommended, and the cover fits perfectly. I love the the thickness and weight of the cover as we can get very high winds here in the desert. We've had 2 windstorms and no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this cover.

The shipping kept being delayed. Requires a signature but isn't that high end. The product is great and fits great. Just let the shipper drop it off if we are not home.
