I had to find a calculator to figure the third side. Access to a small calculator might be handy. Of course most people don't use the Pythagorean theorem. LOL
So much happened that was unacceptable that I don't have the energy to write it down. Your management should be very, very concerned. So much handing off from person to person in India that I had to start over 3 to 4 times. The final product was not what I ordered and I went over the order with someone 10 times- not an exaggeration. I was continually getting emails asking about the order when I thought it was complete. Just an unexpected amount of confusion
The cushions were perfect! They came very quickly as well. I would recommend this company.
These covers are made and shipped from India but I did not have a huge issue with that.
Ordered a cover for an outside table (under cover area). Selected Cover Tuff (according to them "their #1 material, heavy duty, highly durable, designed for extreme weather, 5 year warranty). Send multiple images prior to fabrication. In less than a year the fabric is tearing up at the edge of the table. The fabric is brown so now you can see white ugly areas at the edges of the cover were it is tearing. We have used this table not even a handful of times since cover was installed. No children, no pets, 2 people household, 3-4 people at table max.
I believe the issue is that they apply the elastic that secures the fabric way too tight. No way of anticipating this would be an issue with time at the edge of the table. The plain REFUSED to honor the request for consideration of replacement. Kept sending scripted reply. Just offered a discount, not more than can be found by searching on line or that they offer frequently.

Easy to measure and order. Quickly came fitted just right and great quality!
The ordering process is easy and was completed. Upon receiving my order the material was not correct. I called customer service and spent over an hour with them only to be told I needed to email *******@coversandall. Was told response time 24-72 hours. It has now been 10 days with no response and the call in line is always busy. It will kick you out and say to use the chat. Good luck with that as well.

When I ordered my custom sized covers, the site was easy to navigate, the product was made and shipped quicker than I thought. The covers are thick and fit perfect! I absolutely love them!

To date, the cover is great. Substantial material, fits perfectly, customer service was extremely helpful. Overall I am very pleased. I intend to order additional covers for some outdoor furniture.

I had two covers made, one custom with photos included with my instructions and one standard. They did a great job on both covers and I look forward to having another cover made.
FedEx left a signature paper on the door. Dice I'm spending the summer awayci had my hoarder sign for it. Then another paper was left again. My friend came over and signed for it again with a note to leave package. After many visits to my house the item was finally left.

The process to verify measurements went too far. I was asked to remeasure, which I did and responded timely. The engineer still questioned my measurements a 3rd time. I measured twice on each measurement. I felt angry but moved forward. There was too much time that passed between my confirmation of my second measurement and the order being delivered.
